I’m here to help you find your footing, find your pace, and make sure you’re never ‘too beginner” for the start line.
I’ve spent thousands of running miles finding out exactly what works and what doesn’t on big trail and mountain challenges.
I’ve felt the “wobble” of tired legs at mile 40, the self-doubt of not being ‘ready enough’ and the steep learning curve that technical trails throw at you.
But here’s the secret: You don’t have to run 100 miles to benefit from what those miles taught me.
I started A Little Less Wobbly because I saw too many runners, from beginners tackling their first trail race to experienced runners tacking on ultras and mountain races, feeling overwhelmed by “elite” advice that didn’t fit for normal people.
You don’t need a professional athlete’s schedule to see professional results. You need a plan that respects your time, builds your foundation, and keeps you injury-free.

I take the lessons of mountain running: preparation, strength, mental grit, and smart fueling and scale them to your challenge. Whether you’re training for your first trail race, ultra or mountain challenge, I focus on:
