I’m a UK Athletics Certified running coach, qualified massage  therapist, and business consultant and have been a runner for 35 years.

I run to keep my body and mind healthy, it makes me a better husband, father and colleague. In this crazy, hectic world it’s essential to find a little time to invest in ourselves.

Running is the perfect way for you to learn about your body & mind, whilst getting outside and exploring the world.

I work with my clients to make running fun. Whether it is the first step on your running journey, or the achievement of a new goal. From couch to 5k, through to a multi-day mountain race.

I can help you by blending years of running experience, sports science and pragmatism to build a running programme that works, for real people, just like you.
